At WAXIE, our Sales team is passionate about helping businesses achieve cleaner, healthier, greener, and safer facilities. Not only are they outgoing and self-starting individuals, they are also hunters and consultants that provide customized solutions to grow existing accounts and develop new business relationships.

WAXIE’s Learning and Development team has established comprehensive training programs to ensure all new WAXIE Sales Representatives are set up for success. As a WAXIE Sales Representative, you will be introduced to a wealth of knowledge by receiving in depth Sales Effectiveness training from your manager and peer group on WAXIE’s products, consultative approach and systems. Additionally, all of our new Sales Representatives travel to our beautiful corporate office in sunny San Diego multiple times a year for training on Systems and Processes, WAXIE Chemicals, and Expert Selling Techniques.

As you progress within the Sales role, you will become well versed in customer facility solutions and begin to develop your book of business. This will allow you the autonomy to set your own schedule and offer you the opportunity to determine your own earning potential. Each day as a Sales Representative is different as you will manage everything from calling on new customers, servicing current customers and providing education and training on WAXIE products. As you grow your existing accounts and develop new relationships, you will enjoy recurring income that can be built upon month after month!

WAXIE’s Sales opportunities are ideal for customer oriented individuals who have the drive and work ethic it takes to succeed in a very lucrative industry. In addition to endless earning potential, WAXIE Sales Representatives are offered a vehicle reimbursement, company credit card, company paid laptop/cell phone and are given the opportunity to win Presidents Club, a WAXIE funded trip for you and one guest.

MEET MELODY DEL CASTILLO

Meet Melody Del Castillo, one of WAXIE’s Account Consultants at the San Diego, California location.

Melody was working as an Account Consultant in the Jan/San industry for many years when she heard about WAXIE’s stellar reputation and decided to make the switch. Her core responsibilities include consulting and educating her customers on maintaining beautiful, clean facilities, hunting for new customer opportunities, and servicing any and all additional customer needs.

On a daily basis, Melody interacts with customers, vendors, and our internal team- from our Operations staff to our Accounting department. She loves the variety in her week that comes along with being an Account Consultant at WAXIE, with each day bringing a different scenario- from demonstrating a new line of products to calling on a new account.  She prides herself on working for WAXIE because of the amazing staff, vendors and customers who choose to align themselves with the WAXIE brand.

Melody believes that being successful at WAXIE is simple: Servicing the customer should always be the number one priority of an Account Consultant and finding customized solutions that work for their facility is vital. MEET THE REST OF THE TEAM!

SDCAD-WAX_9767

At WAXIE, planning and process execution can be drastically different from one department to another. The company knows that each group requires a specific type of manager, and it works hard to match the perfect person to the position. This way, each group can operate at an optimal level and avoid any unnecessary frustrations from day to day.

The Sales Teams are offered some serious incentives to reach each goal. When sales representatives and account consultants meet their established goals, they’re inducted into the President’s Club. In appreciation of their hard work, members of this exciting group qualify for an all-expenses-paid trip to one of many exotic locales.

Once a month, employees at WAXIE enjoy what the company calls “Cake Day.” Used to celebrate any birthdays falling within the given time period, the organization orders a whole bunch of cakes and pies of different kinds to be delivered to the office and presented to the group of celebrants—and eaten at each person’s leisure throughout the day.
