WAXIE Sur-Step – The First Step To Floor Safety!

In order to restore a floor surface to its original slip-resistant condition, both organic soils (oils, fats and greases) and inorganic soils (alkalines, soaps, carbonates, silicas, minerals, and calciums) must be removed. Inorganic silica and mineral deposits form when water used to clean floor surfaces evaporates and leaves minerals behind in the same way that minerals form on shower doors, windows, toilets and basins. WAXIE Sur-Step chemistry is the only solution which restores slip resistance, removes silica deposits, cleans grease off of surfaces, cleans grout lines, removes general soils and has low corrosive qualities.

What Helps Prevent Slips and Falls?

• Commitment by management to reduce slips and falls through their approval of floor care products that have been designed to clean while providing safe and stable flooring surfaces throughout the facility.

• Training of all employees to look for and eliminate potential slip and fall hazards.

• Educating the maintenance staff on the products that will be used to help reduce the potential for slip-falls throughout the facility.

A highly effective concentrated floor surface clearer-treatment, formulated for use on concrete, epoxy, quarry and ceramic tiles, brick, vinyl and other floor surfaces.
Unlike other floor maintenance products, WAXIE Sur-Step  Clean & Safe Daily Cleaner & Anti-Slip Treatment cleans and treats the floor with slip-reducing agents which increases the coefficient of friction on the floor surface and reduces the potential for slip-and-fall accidents. A highly effective cleaner that is formulated for use on natural stone surfaces, vinyl linoleum, epoxy, sealed wood and other resilient floor surfaces.
WAXIE Sur-Step Reflection Cleaner Gloss-Restorer & Anti-Slip Surface Treatment leaves a micro-thin film, which increases the coefficient of friction on the floor surface and reduces the potential for slips and falls. Use to clean and maintain resilient tile flooring that have floor finishes applied to them. Very effective for gloss restoration by applying with either a mop, auto-scrubber, or spray buff applications.
