Life at WAXIE

Our culture is what sets us apart from our competition. Life at WAXIE is centered on collaboration, hard work and a whole lot of FUN! Although we have grown to over 900 employees, we still find the time to promote and nourish our family-owned culture which includes:  Costume Contests, Cake Day, Food Trucks, Participation in Local Charitable Events, Annual Company Picnic/Holiday Events, Employee of the Quarter Rallies, and more! Just like our employee culture, our commitment to the environment and being green also sets us apart. We have invested in solar technology, we promote sustainable product lines, and many of our buildings are LEED Certified.
