WaterHog mats can hold up to 1.5 gallons of fluid per square yard, keeping your floors clean, dry, and safe.  The eco-friendly PET fabric surface dissipates moisture quickly for very fast drying time, and the durable rubber backing ensures the mat lays flat and doesn’t “creep” across your floor.  The PET fabric which is made from 100% post-consumer plastic bottles is resistant to staining and fading, so WaterHog mats can be used both indoors and outside in covered areas. 

WaterHog mats are made in the USA and backed with durable rubber that resists cracking and curling.  The standard WaterHog backing is styrene-butadiene rubber (SBR) with either a smooth finish for placement on smooth floors (like marble, wood, or tile) or with a universal cleated backing, ideal for placement on carpeted floors but suitable for virtually any surface.  Select WaterHog mats with a classic border are available with Anchor Safe^® backing, a 100-mil nitrile rubber backing that features a heavy tread design to ensure the mat stays in place even in areas with very heavy foot or cart traffic.
