San Diego, CA - WAXIE Sanitary Supply recognized Georgia-Pacific Professional as the Corporate Vendor of the Year for 2012 in an award ceremony recently at WAXIE’s headquarters in San Diego, CA.
WAXIE annually recognizes one supplier from a field of over 300+ vendors to receive this prestigious award. This best-in-class award goes to the supplier who performs at the highest level relative to a set of stringent criteria WAXIE uses to measure results; namely, top line growth, organizational alignment, and business development, to name a few. Georgia-Pacific Professional performed superbly in all areas.
“We are happy to honor GP Professional as Vendor of the year,” remarks Charles Wax (Chairman/CEO, WAXIE). “Our history together goes back to 1947 when my dad and my uncle were buying products from Crown Zellerbach,” says Charles. “We have made many great industry friends along the way and the GP team of 2012 is no exception.”
